Untuk mengetahui penyebab error, dapat dilakukan dengan mengaktifkan debug pada instalasi Prestashop. Mengaktifkan opsi debug dapat membantu, terutama bila muncul error seperti tampilan halaman kosong\/<em>blank<\/em>, atau &#8220;500 Internal Server Error&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Mengaktifkan debug pada Prestashop bisa dilakukan dengan mengaktifkan opsi debug yang ada pada Dashboard Prestashop. Yakni dari menu <em><strong>Advanced Parameters > Performance > Debug Mode Panel > Setting ke &#8220;Yes&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>. Jangan lupa klik &#8220;Save&#8221; untuk menyimpan. Dimana pada bagian &#8220;define(&#8216;<em>PS_MODE_DEV<\/em>&#8216;, false);&#8221; diganti ke &#8220;define(&#8216;<em>PS_MODE_DEV<\/em>&#8216;, true);&#8221;.
